If your business is considered a Key Business Cluster–aerospace, healthcare, finance, insurance, real estate (F.I.R.E.), manufacturing or construction, Brevard Workforce may be able to help defray costs for critical skills training by covering as much as 50 percent.

Brevard Workforce helps businesses to bridge the gap between having employees needing targeted skills and having a well-qualified workforce.

With renewed emphasis on Business Services and in support of local economic development, Brevard Workforce instituted a number of initiatives to aid local businesses with the difficulties of growth and employee development, such as the coordination of customized training efforts helping our local businesses tackle a skill inequity in the labor force.

Brevard Workforce assists local companies in finding ways to subsidize the needed training for their employees, putting a priority on small business as well as focusing on key industries.  Brevard Workforce manages programs and facilitates application to many state-funded programs.  The programs can assist employers with accessing subsidies and organizations to invest in their workers.

Our team can also assist you in applying for grant opportunities to train your employees.

The Brevard Workforce system has committed twenty percent of all direct training funds to Employed Worker Training.  This will allow businesses to better leverage their training funds.
