Brevard Workforce focuses on assisting organizations with creating a smooth transition by helping their dislocated employees as well as those who are being retained.

A downsizing company can use Brevard Workforce services to help former employees transition into new jobs or receive career advice,  job readiness training or placement in a new job.  The circumstances of a downsizing in particular create the need for emotional support and additional assistance.  At Brevard Workforce, we have career counselors and others who are accustomed to supporting transitioning employees.
