Outplacement is a service offered (through Brevard Workforce) by employers to their employees.  A downsizing company can use Brevard Workforce to help its former employees transition into new jobs or receive career advice, job readiness training or other customized support.

This service can be tailored to your population.  Many aspects of the services are available at no cost.
